Transcript for "In the Know: Live webinar":
Hey, everyone. Welcome to the October in the know. So good to have you here. We have a ton of great stuff to share as always. So let's jump right in. My name is Arti Martinez. I am the training and certification leader for ProAdvisor Academy. Excited to host you today. Let's get into the agenda. So as always, we'll start with ProAdvisor community news, lots of events and lots of things to register for, and then three different product innovations for you today. So we have understanding the newest updates to document upload for QuickBooks payroll, identify the latest addition to Intuit tax advisory, which is books to advice, and recognize what is new in Intuit accountant suite, and then we'll close with what's around the corner. So with that, a little bit of housekeeping. So just a reminder, if you do have any questions, you can go ahead and click the q and a button that's on the right hand side, the top right hand side of your screen, and type in your question. The chat is disabled for the webinar, but if you have any questions or need to shout anything out, go ahead and put it into the q and a, and the team at stage is gonna do their best to answer. For supporting materials, super, super important. You'll see the docs tab on the top right hand side. Please download that. That will have the entire presentation from today, which also will include QR codes, links to register for different events, and other additional resources that we may have from the presenters of today. Polling questions. If you are trying to get CPE for attending today, as soon as you see that poll pop up, you'll see a little poll sign with a red dot on the right hand side as well. Click that, answer, and submit your poll, and that's how you'll be able to get credit towards CPE. And the recording, as always, the session will be recorded. It will be emailed out to you as well, and it will always be available within ProAdvisor Academy, under past events. And a reminder that CPE is not available for anyone who's watching it after the fact. And then regarding CPE, make sure that you're here for at least fifty minutes, five zero, and you answer at least three poll questions. We do have a couple extras in here, so just make sure that you at least get to three. Then if you do meet the CPE requirements, you'll get the email in your inbox within one business day, and it'll also show up in in your resource hub within ProAdvisor Academy. If for some issue you... Or for some reason you don't see it, check your spam, and you'll... It should come from accountant underscore training at Intuit. But then if you have an issue, just go to that same email and send them an email, and they'll look into it for you. Alright. And with that, ProAdvisor community news. So we are so excited for the first time ever. We will be live streaming Intuit Connect from Vegas next week. So if you do not have the opportunity to join us in person, you can absolutely join us in the virtual world. You can go ahead and register for free. We have some amazing speakers. We've got lots of new product innovations to share, but amazing main stage speakers as well. So if... Even if you can't make it for everything, definitely register and join us. If you are going to be there in person, come by the pro partner booth, say hi. We will be there. It'd be so nice to meet you all in person. And then empower twenty twenty six is around the corner, November 10. If you are, doing taxes as well, this is tax season readiness. Lots of big things to cover, practical workflow guidance, the latest tax law updates, and how to keep your firm's data safe. So definitely scan the QR code and register for that. And then a reminder, I know a lot of you have heard this, the new pro partner accountants program is launching early twenty twenty seven, so in January. Couple things that you can do now is just ensure that at least one person from your firm is certified and has that certification attached to your firm. That way, when the new program goes live, you'll definitely move from member to your into partner or above. And for more information, when you download this PDF, you'll be able to link out to some of the supporting docs to give you even more info. But like I said, if you will be at connect, come check us out. Now lots of new information on the workforce plan. So there is a new HR resource that will be added to anyone that has a workforce plan. There's lots of great information, but, basically, Mineral will have a a whole tab within the workforce program that will allow you to do a handful of new tasks. And depending on which level of work force your client has, there'll be a different level of tools associated to that. So we definitely recommend taking some time downloading this and checking out the tab to see what's available. Insightful accountant nomination time is here. So definitely go ahead and scan your QR code and make sure you do your nominations. A big shout out to Jeff, who was our insightful accountant for 2027, or 2026. And Jeff is actually on our accountant council. So a big congrats to Jeff. Again, just remember to start thinking about those nominations and scan to put them in. Couple other webinars I wanted to shout out. You've got the Helping Accountants Streamline and Scale webinar series. So you've got an IES webinar series as well as a QB ecosystem. You'll see both different sets of dates, which ones are CPE eligible, and then go ahead and scan the QR code if this is something that is interesting to you or anyone at your firm and register. And so excited to share this with you. I know that you've heard it a couple times before, but we have a virtual Better Together event on November 5. This is peer led. So it's sponsored by Intuit, but it's peer led by Alicia Eastfold and Nio Carter Gray. And it is Alicia going through a framework of how to collect data and utilize that data in creating the story for your client. I got a sneak peek into it last week, and there is a four step framework that she's going to share with you and how she used it in the real world and a workbook that comes with it. So highly recommend that you register for it. Even if you can't attend, register, rewatch it, and then you'll be able to get the workbook. And we're going to do a follow-up event on December 3, where if you have questions or you did actually use the framework and you wanna bring it back and share it with us and get Alicia to answer some questions, you can do that. So we highly recommend that you sign up for it. If you can attend live, amazing. If you can't, you'll have a couple weeks to watch it and then participate and join us again on the December 3. Alright. And with that, I'm going to hand it off to our first guest. And this is Ramesh. And, Ramesh, I'll hand it off to you covering Intuit tax advisory books to advice. Thank you, Adi. Good morning, good afternoon, everyone. My name is Ramesh. I'm with the... I'm product manager with the pro tax team. There you go. That's... So the the professional tax group or pro tax as we call it, we are responsible for, our tax... Professional tax products, ProSeries, ProConnect, and Lacert, amongst many other tools that many of you might be familiar, use it every day. One of the products I'm responsible for is our tax advisory product that we launched a couple years ago called Intuit Tax Advisor. ITA, in short, is available with both Lisert and ProConnect. Basically, using ITA, you can import any prior year tax return that you have inside Lisert or ProConnect. You can import it with one click and then use that as a base to project it into future years. Then as you project it, you start to see things like estimated taxes for your clients. You can add activities, remove activities, change income, change the business income, change the wage income, and then see what kind of strategies can be done. For example, like, there might be common deductions that your clients might not be taking. They might wanna convert to an s corp. You wanna see the savings that would arise from that. Planning for large expenses, you wanna compare section 179 versus bonus stepper, or even what is at the federal level, what is at the slate level. You might want to think about asking your clients to hire their kids, hire their spouse, contribute to an HSA retirement, and that's exactly what income tax advisor does. Right? It helps take a return from the prior year, project it to the new year, use the right... Use the correct rates, limits, thresholds, and then start to pop up all the strategies, deductions, things that your clients might not be taking, and how they can take advantage of all that. That's the tool. There are about 50 strategies in Intuit Tax Advisor. Today, we are not going to go deep into Intuit Tax Advisor itself. We have done that session with this audience a few months ago and earlier last year. A lot of that material will be a part of the the the handouts. So we would not go into ITA, but we would go into one specific feature that we launched three months ago. This is called Books to Advise. Essentially, this feature gets you from your QuickBooks, your client gets you to take your client's data from QuickBooks all the way into Intuit Tax Advisors, so you can get to a projection for 2026 or better soon 2027 instantly. This happens to be the prerequisite for all planning as we understand it. Therefore, we are trying to make this path really, really short and instantaneous. QuickBooks data, prior year tax return, create a projection for the new year, and see how things are panning out. That's essentially the focus of this discussion today or this webinar today from my end, at least. That would be books to advise. But before we get there, a very quick poll question. So when, the poll... You just saw the poll in the top right corner with the red dot. So when a QBO client has a big financial event, say a sale or a big income year for them, what looks to be a big income year for them, or they are starting a new entity, what do you do? Select all that apply. There are five options. You can select more than one. Nothing yet. I wait for them to bring it up. Two, if relevant to the business, handle it in QuickBooks and flag it for tax season. Three, jump into a planning conversation right away. Four, refer them to a tax specialist. This is not my stuff. Take it. Or five, I do their taxes already. I'm already on top of it. I'll give another ten seconds for everybody to have a chance to. Alright. This is a very healthy mix. About half of everybody, about 50% do, either they do their tax authority about... Or they jump into a planning conversation. So this is gonna be really, really interesting, you know, as we go forward. Going back to the slides. Yes. Thank you. So so books to advise would help you do a lot of these things much faster. And what it essentially... You know, what we've been hearing for the last year from multi service accountants, who do both books and taxes or whose firms do books and taxes for their clients, business clients, that getting to a tax year projection, that is whether it's for estimated taxes or just for planning for the year ahead, for a QBO client means touching the data three times. First, you will have to pull the data from, the P and L data from QuickBooks, then presumably massage it in spreadsheets, project it to the end of the year, take care of all the ends, take care of all the corners, take care of all the gaps. Then you, you know, you you bring all that data together. Then you enter into a task planning tool if you have one or spreadsheets if you have one. Each of these handoffs is manual. Different people in your team are presumably doing it. Each handoff is error prone, and each one needs to be recorded somewhere so that next time in three months when you come back to it, you know, you exactly remember why you projected it a certain way. Now, as I said, each of these handoffs is time consuming, and we believe that's the time you should be spending in advising your clients. Here's the insight, for Schedule C and pass through entities, income fluctuations often happen, so advisory is most effective for them. It's for the very same clients that advisory is also complex because you have all these handoffs that happen. What did we do? We built this feature inside Intuit Tax Advisor called Books to Advise. What it essentially does is it reads your client data from QuickBooks directly, the P and L. Then it projects it to the end of the year. We do very simple straight line forecasting, and I'll show you in a second on a video. You can modify what we projected across key categories. You have full control on what the number should be. We do the straight line. You can then modify how you feel is appropriate since you know your client best. Then once you've modified it, input tax advisor will take that and bring it into the Schedule C section of the tax return and project the entire thing for the next year. That's about when we talked to several accountants, what we found was this was forty five minutes of work plus a lot of manual handoffs plus a lot of recordings. All of that was just collapsed into this one single click of a button. I'm going to quickly share my screen to show you a video on how this whole thing comes together. This is where, for those of you who used Intra Tax Advisor, this is where you essentially what you see. This is a tax plan for Lucille. This is based on the prior year tax return. All the data has been brought in. What you're seeing on the screen here is there is a W-two income from ice savings company. There's also a Schedule C. The Schedule C is what we are going to project. The abstraction for this feature is over here. When you bring it in, you select which books happens to be for that client. In this case, it is Apple. This maps to Apple and exports on the Schedule C. You can choose what date range you want. You can use the entire current year to date as you would do, say, in June of next year, or you can choose a selective selected part of the year and have that projected to the end of the year. Now, this is a section where you have full control. We bring in all the lines from QuickBooks. We map them or collapse them into about 20 categories that Intuit Tax Advisor needs. Once we do that mapping, we let you make changes to the year end projections as you see fit. As I said, we do simple straight line projection. No fancy tricks, so you can modify them. Once you modify them, you can take all this data and have that updated into the projection return for the next year. By doing that, you start off with the projected 2026, very soon projected 2027, and you can start your conversations from there. While we're not covering the conversations around the strategies that you can apply, which all of that comes in the tab that you see up here, you will see about 50 strategies. Many of the strategies that are applicable will pop up. They'll be recommended. You can add them, see the savings from them, and so on and so forth. But a lot of this Books to Advise feature is primarily focused on how to create this projection quickly so that you can get started. Let me stop sharing and come back to my slides. Alright. So while, while we saw the video, one of the things... I just wanted to really quickly bring the e facts. Who is this for? This is currently for ProConnect and Lesserte tax pros who have scheduled your pass through clients on QuickBooks Online, managed by Intuit Accountant Suite. How do you access it? You go either into ProConnect or Lesser, and from there you can go to Intuit Tax Advisor. From Intuit Tax Advisor, you can bring in the QuickBooks data. It can be within an existing plan or you can create a new plan to get started. When can you start using this? You can start using this now. If you're already a ProConnect or Lesser customer, you can immediately use it. If you're not, please reach out to us. We'll set you up with a demo. Many of our customers use it for their clients typically during this time because this is the end of the year. Where is it available? This is available in The US. Now, as we covered all this, I wanted to quickly ask you one more poll question. Many of you are likely not on ProConnect or Lesser already, and you presumably, you all manage your clients in QuickBooks, but your tax filing, if you do it, it happens elsewhere. We keep asking ourselves, how do we bring advisory to all of you, not just to our existing, lesser than ProTax users? If you built a way to start a planning conversation, say, from just the client's prior year ten forty PDF, what matters most to you when choosing ten forty based tax planning software? One, integration with your current tax software. Two, ability to trial before committing. Three, price, four, time savings and accuracy, or five, simply, I don't do ten forty planning, this is not relevant to me. Select your top one. Give it a few more seconds for all the results to come in and then remove it clearly. That's about 60% who have various reasons, and I see that integration with the current tax software is the primary lever that would help you see all this goodness come to life. Let's get to Q and A. Okay. Awesome. Thank you so much for sharing. Lots of good questions in the q and a too. So let's get to... Let's see. Just checking on time. Alright. We have time for a few. Okay. Ramesh, which of my clients are the best fit for the books to advise feature in Intuit tax adviser? Yeah. I think this is a very hard question to answer, which client would be perfect. What it supports is anyone ten forty. Anyone on ten forty is supported, so that would be a Schedule C and your past due clients. I'm probably equaling many other people's thoughts. The clients that landed up paying a lot of penalties and estimated taxes are probably the first ones because the gratification is instant. You're saving them thousands of dollars by not making the same mistake this year. But having said that, what we've seen is, we see that for any client, when you save a few thousand dollars, that benefit instantly flows into their quarterly. They see it immediately, so the value starts to surface immediately. So I would say, where we have seen most usage happen is between, from between the 150,000 to 500,000. Many, many clients have benefited from ITA in that range. But within ITA, there is a section called Client Insights, where you can actually use... I don't know if last month, our team presented something, Client Insights inside IIS. You have a similar client insight inside ITA as well, where ITA runs projections across all the clients in your firm and shows you which ones might be ideal opportunities for you. So you should definitely check out the client insights tab, and you will see what happened in their return last year, all surfaced in a table on one single screen. Okay. Awesome. Thank you And that. Sorry. And that... I'm sorry. I'm sorry. And that's where you find all the offenders. You arrange them by all the people that paid quarterly penalties last year. All of them would be visible in one single place. Nice. Okay. Thank you. Another one about how can they try out this tax planning tool? Yeah. Today, if you're on ProConnect, you can immediately try it for any of your clients because as I said in the beginning, this comes for free with ProConnect and as a part of ProConnect and the cert, so you can try it instantly. If not, if you set up a ProConnect trial account, you can instantly try IT as well as a part of it. The only thing you won't be able to see is the client report artifact that we create. But then if you're really interested in seeing it, just shoot us a mail and we'll help you, you know, see the end to end. But you can pretty much do everything else that I just talked about just by having a trial ProConnect account and, going to ITA using the trial ProConnect account. Perfect. Thank you. Okay. Let's do one more, and this is about 2027. So will this be updated for tax year 2027 rates if we want to talk to our clients early next year? Yes. In the first quarter of the year, we start with a plan. We start with on around January 18, January 19. After the last quarterly tax is done, we roll it over to 2027. By the end of the quarter, we have both federal and state rates, limits, and thresholds changed, updated to 2027. You can do 2027 accurate planning starting around end of February, early March. But even before that, you will still use the 2026 rates limits and thresholds, so it won't be dollar accurate. But you can pretty much start early conversations with your clients as soon as possible. Wonderful. Well, thank you so much for coming and joining and sharing all that great information. It's such a pleasure to have you. Thank you so much for having me,. Bye. Thank you. Alright. And with that, I would love to bring our next guest on, and we are covering document upload for payroll. And with that, I believe it's Venki. Hello. Hi. I'm gonna take over screen share. Okay. I hope you're able to see my screen. So I'm Venki. I'm a a product manager in QuickBooks payroll. Been with Intuit for five years based out of Mountain View. So today, I'm gonna present, today, I'm gonna present, a feature where you can, bring in your time sheets from any software, upload it into payroll to run payroll, for your clients, for your own phone. Yeah. So that's the feature. Maybe we can launch the poll. Yeah. The question is which parts of running payroll is currently manual and could use some automation? So I'm not sure if the poll is done. But, yeah, feel free to answer the poll and put in your questions in the q and a. The most... One of the most common, things we hear from our customers are about entering hours and assigning classes, projects, and dimensions. So, hopefully, what we have for you is something that's useful. If there are other things that you're struggling with, we'll take a look and make sure we make that easier in the product. So, what we heard, is that, customers often use their own proprietary software or an industry specific software to track employees' time. And bringing that into payroll is manual and error prone, especially as the size of employees increases. So what we have now done is to enable our customers to upload their spreadsheets or timesheets from their third party software into payroll. So you can bring in hours, but also any dollar pay types that you might have, like reimbursements, commissions, tips, or any of... Anything that adds up to the payroll of the employee. Spreadsheets and CSV is what we support right now live, and you should have PDF and images coming soon. You get the chance to answer any, anything that is not clear, make sure all the mappings look correct, and then review the data before adding it. So with that, we'll, I'll give you a demo of the feature in our test company that I have. Okay. So, this is our, this is a test company where I have a few employees. So this is the payroll grid where, customers come to run payroll for their clients. So right here, you see a section collab from file. This is an access point into the feature, but I'll show you after this demo where else you could access the feature. So I'm gonna upload a file, and show you what that file is, as this happens. Yeah. So I'm uploading a file like this with the names of the employees, and I purposely, removed the surname of a few employees. I have removed the dates. I've added a note here saying process reimbursement. This is to show that every customer has their own template or their own way of managing data. And what we have built is something that is intelligent, that understands, tries to make sense of the file. And if something is not clear, it asks you clarification questions conversationally, so that you are very sure what's coming into your beta. So as this happens, different customers might have files of different sizes, and it just gives you an update as it goes along where it is. For example, I didn't have dates on my spreadsheet, so it's asking me which date this should be applied to. I applied the pay period that I'm running payroll for next. It takes that answer and continues with the document extraction. And, like you see, so it made sense of every employee name that was there. The ones without surname, it did its best attempt to map it. I had just written as hours and OT, so some of my labeling was not exactly perfect. I also had a note below the spreadsheet that said I have to add thousand 500 reimbursement. So it made sense of almost all of that, and it brought it in. If for some reason it didn't understand something, it... Just like it asked me about the dates, it would have asked you about, the pay type too. So if this looks good, you can, go click on the employees and click add to payroll, which brings which brings the data into your payroll grid. Like you see, like, I have some data already in here. So, there's a question of whether it's gonna overwrite the data, or is it gonna add to the data? So that is something, the, AI detected. So it asks me the payroll draft has been recorded already. What should I do? So I'll say replace existing data, and overwrite whatever you see here. Okay. So the... So this was successful. And to make sure it did apply, you can click on view updated payroll and come take a look at everything that that that got applied. Yeah. So that is how easy it is to bring in any data from any document into your payroll grid. And given this is something that customers have to do twice a week or once a week depending on their pay schedule, we hope that is... It saves a lot of your time. Again, some facts about this. We build this for customers with payroll premium and elite. You can... When you go to payroll overview and you see run payroll, you will see that from file button on top. This is built in Intuit Intelligence. So anywhere in the product, if you see the Intuit Intelligence chat, you can just upload your file and start from there. This is live as of this month. So our customers have started seeing this feature already, and this is available in US at the moment, and they'll bring it to the other countries. So, yeah, that is the demo, and I'm gonna stop sharing the screen. Time for some q and a. Thank you. Lots of questions coming in. Okay. Let's see how we are doing on time. Okay. Great. So you may have already covered this, so apologies, but I did see it come up in the q and a. What QBO subscriptions have the doc upload to automated PR? This is for payroll premium and elite customers. K. No matter which QBO or IS subscription you have, the payroll plan should be premium or elite. Perfect. Okay. Great. And then a question about, can you upload customer in class with this import? Yeah. We are... We'll have support for that soon. At the moment, we just bring in the hours and the dollar amounts. Very soon, we should be able to import the classes, projects, dimensions, or any other category that you use. Okay. Perfect. Wonderful. Do you have to use the AI feature, or can you just upload the spreadsheet directly? We have built this in our input intelligence chat that what... That makes it very accurate and easy to clarify anything that, is not correct. So at the moment, in particular, the chat feature is how you have to use it. Okay. Fair enough. Then one last question. Can it be any type of document? Word, Excel, screenshot? We are allowing, Excel files and CSV at the moment. PDF images should be following soon. Amazing. Okay. Great. Well, thank you so much, Venky. Appreciate it. Great demo. Lots of quest... Lots of questions for you in the in the q and a. But thank you so much for joining us today. And with that, we are going to move on to our third presenter. Okay. Thank you. Take care. And now for updates on Intuit accountant suite. And, Karat, I'm gonna send it off to you. Alright. Thanks a lot, Adi. And I am really excited to present, you know, a lot of updates are happening in the Intuit account and suite. And I really appreciate everyone, you know, taking the time to actually, you know, attend this webinar where we're actually showing all the all the fun stuff that we're building for you guys. My name is Karan. I'm a product manager within the Intuit account and suite, which is our platform, our product to help you manage all your clients. I've been with Intuit for about six months now. I've been within the fintech space for last ten years. In the last, few... Before I, yeah, before I jump into sort of, like, the updates, the the poll question that I have for the group today is, have you tried the new include account in suite? If you... And you'll let us know if you've not heard about it or you haven't tried it yet. You're still... You've you've... You're currently trying it or you... What was the last question? You you went back to QBOA? I see majority of the folks between, you know, trying it currently, which is great. We we we want you to try it, give us feedback, and I also see a majority of folks within... Haven't tried it yet. I would encourage you to try it out, IS. As you also know, IS is the new, you know, product that we've released. Would highly encourage you to try it out. Awesome. Moving on. So in the last few months for folks, you know, we've heard a lot about, what you guys mean within IES, specifically around client list and con... You know, the the the client transfer tool. We've heard that you want more visibility into your clients, more metadata about, you know, what's happening with your clients, status of their books closed, payroll, and you wanna see all of that in the client list. And we've heard that, and we've... You know, we are delivering on that. In the next few weeks, what you will see in the new client list, which is a a demo in a few seconds, is that we've added the lead accountant data. We've added primary admin. We've added a tax indicator to tell you if your client is also a tax client. We've added health statuses on, you know, their bank connections, on their integrations. We've added a lot of data on the client list. We've made it performant. We've made, some of the fields searchable as well. Having said that, we're working on adding more data into the client list, books closed status, payroll status, filtering, sorting so that, you know, it's much more usable. On the run consolidation or, you know, transferring the clients, we've heard that consolidation is painful often when you move your clients within your realms. You know, client assets, artifacts are left behind. Reports are not getting transferred. Documents are not getting transferred. You cannot move inactive clients. We've improved the run consolidation or the client transfer tool significantly. You can now move all your clients including your inactive clients. We made sure that documents and reports also move with your clients. We have increased the overall batch size of how many clients you can move in one go from 150 clients to 500 clients. We've we've made a lot of progress and a lot more is coming in the next few weeks as well. So with that, let me jump into the demo. Let me give a quick live demo of the client list and then the consolidation tool. As I said, this is a quick preview of what's coming, in the next few weeks. We made significant improvement on the overall performance of your client list. There is now no limit on the number of clients you can have. This is a demo example. You can see that I have about 10,000 clients. It can it can go up to 40, 50,000 clients and still be very performant. We've brought in the business name in in... Inside the client list. We made it searchable. We've also included the QBO company ID and made it searchable so that you could quickly reference your client using the IDs essentially. We've heard your feedback, and we've brought in additional columns that you can pull in into the client list from the customized menu. As I as I mentioned earlier, we brought in the lead accountant. We brought in primary admin. We brought in a tax indicator. We brought back unposted transactions so that you know what needs attention on your client. We brought next pay date. We brought broken bank connections and integrations. Right? So once you pull all of this in, you can see the data in one list, and you can act on that client based on that information. Next, I'll move into the REM consolidation tool. And for that, I wanna maybe show you what... How that works, essentially. So let me actually switch companies and get inside a specific client. So this is a different realm or different account where I have the specific client called client number one. You can see that the specific client has a few documents attached over here, and let's go into the client's QBO as well. And what I've done is I've created a few reports as well. It's taking a few minutes to load. Alright. It's a new account, which is why I have the onboarding, screen. But, going into the reports, as you can see, I've created a few, custom reports. I've created a couple of, management reports as well. So now what I do is I go back to, my target realm or the realm or the account where I want to move this client, essentially. Right? So client... Realm consolidation is all about moving all your clients into one account so that you can manage them better in one place and take, you know, advantage of all the features within IES, client insights, books, and all of that. And you can access when consolidation as you know through the gear icon over here, which is called transfer clients. First thing that you'll notice is we've actually, increased the the limit, where you can move 500 clients at a time now. Once you go through the process, you can select the specific realm from where you want to bring your clients. In this case, this this is the source realm or source account that I want to use. And I'll go ahead and select, the client that I want to move, in which case this is client number one. The next steps are asking if I wanna give, you know, the same access to this, to the users that have... That had access to this client in the in the source form. I'll say yes. We've added a new, option over here, which is if you want to remove, your members from the older account, essentially. In this case, I'm just gonna say no, but... And then you can start the transfer. But if you were to say yes, it would actually delete and remove users from the old realm and just bring them onto the new realm, essentially. And we... I hit, you know, transfer client. You know, there's a lot of back end processing that's happening. And once the transfer is done, you can see that this client has now moved into the target run, which is, you know, the the run that we are in, essentially. So let me just quickly search for this one. As you can see over here, let me go into the client. You can see that the documents have also been brought over. Let me go into QBO, and we'll confirm that as well. So you can see custom reports have been brought over, and the management report has been brought over as well. So this this is already live within the run consolidation tool. There's a lot more coming around audit reports for consolidation, in the next few weeks. So I'll take a quick pause over here to see if there's any q and a, you know, questions for me on on IES, specifically client list and, run consolidation. And let me stop sharing and I was having technical issues and couldn't unclick. Okay. So let's do some q and a. Lots of questions coming in, and I did wanna let everybody know, not... Obviously, we can't get to everyone's questions. So all of the questions will be taken and shared with the teams that have been presenting so that people can be followed up with or we can make sure that if there's feature requests, things like that, that all of this goes into updates and announcements, communications, and that type of thing. So, couple questions. So who is responsible for switching Affirm from I... Affirm's IAS from QBOA? So it could either be your primary admin or company admin. Those specific roles have the permissions to move from QBOA to IAS. Wonderful. When will the client number field be added to the client list view? So the client number was already... Is already there in the client list. You should be able to see that. If you don't see that, reach out to product support or me, but the client number is already there in the client list. Okay. Easy enough. Is there client custom grouping, like all my restaurants or consulting? That is in the works. It will come soon. Excellent. Love that. And does transferring a client affect how they are billed? Specifically, does it affect five for five for life accounts? That's a great question. So when you actually move your clients, billing will also move from the the source account to the target account. The plans and everything will stay the same, but the billing will now, be on the source account specifically to... If the billing is on the client, it will remain on the client. If the form is being billed for the subscription, it will continue being the form, the the target form, that would be built for, for the client. Excellent. And looks like we have time for one more. It looks like IAS can handle a lot on the client list. Can it also have unlimited clients in tax returns and QBO files, or are there limitations on how many subscription clients we can have? So within IAS, you can... There's no limit on the number of subscription clients that you can have. We've seen customers with 40,000 clients within IAS. Excellent. Okay. Thank you so much for being here. Such great information. And like Kana had said before, if you haven't tried it, please try it. It's... This is the right time to go in, switch your firm over, test it out, provide feedback because the teams are actively looking at this feedback and making changes and hearing you. So thank you so much. Yes. Alright. Thanks a lot. Okay. And with that, I'm going to take you to our last poll. So if you are interested in a personalized conversation with any of the team members that you had seen present today, please go ahead and click all that apply. If you're not interested, go ahead and click four, and that's okay. I will say there's been some feedback while you guys are answering this. I just want to share. There's some feedback in the Q and A, and please put feedback for the team, our team as well on the content on, you know, different ways that we can do programming for you that could be separated by product or different things like that. It is something that we're considering. So keep your feedback coming. We will look at it and analyze it and think through programming in the future because we do understand that you're taking time to join us. So we do wanna make sure that the stuff that's being discussed is relevant to you. And with that, I think we're gonna close the poll and close out the show. So what is around the corner on the books? So we've got an upcoming episode on the accounting futures program. And for those of you that may not know, the accounting futures program is putting you as pro advisors, soon to be pro partners with educators in the field at various universities throughout the country and putting you together to teach and mentor the next generation of future accountants. And as part of that program, these accountants are getting certified in our bookkeeping program, and they're also getting certified in QuickBooks level one. So for more information, check out the podcast, and also you can look up the Intuit for Education accounting futures program, and there's a whole landing page with tons of good information. And then if you are going to Intuit Connect, there is also a podcast on Know Before You Go, so you can go ahead and check that out as well. And with that, everybody, thank you so much. We are at the end of the show, and we will see you in November. Take care, and a big thanks to all of our speakers that came to support. See you all next time.
